CELEBRATING FATHER's DAY

Okay, I'm guilty - - I forgot to post this one here. I did this actually during Scrap That's June Online Crop (for the distressing technique challenge) with Journaling Junkie's Challenge 59 in mind (creating a layout in honor of Father's day). Here's my layout:

Published at Scrapstreet.com Magazine's December 2009 Issue.

Journaling: When I met you I just knew that you're going to be a great family man - - and I was soo right. The kids are crazy about you, I adore you - - you are the wings behind our family. We're lucky and blessed to have you, Dad.

Supplies: Cardstocks: Die Cuts with a View, Papers and alphabet chipboards: Basic Grey, Paper clip: 7Gypsies, Stamps: Autumn Leaves, My Little Yellow Bicycle, Stickers: Basic Grey, Scenic Route, Others: Cuttlebug diecuts (felt flower, chipboard netting), pin, corrugated cardboard, thread, button.

A pin is a pin is a pin (hey, I have to improvise, I don't have the ones with fancy heads - - don't know where to get them locally)...

Thanks for looking.

janis

p.s. This layout will be published in Scrapstreet.com Magazine's January 2010 Issue.
