A 50 MINUTE LAYOUT

I was able to join Cocoa Daisy's Summer Soiree Party last Sunday (well, Monday 12am here in Manila). Truth is, that was my first time to join a timed challenge at an online crop. The challenge was to create a 50 minute layout using a grid (you can choose 9, 16, 25...) and fill out those squares with journaling, pictures, and embellishments.

Here was my take:


Journaling: Gotta love what I see!

Materials: Cardstock: Bazzill, Papers: JillyBean Soup, WRMK, Stickers: Scenic Route, All About Scrapbooking, Making Memories, Epoxy button and paper clip: Simple Joys, Flowers: Prima, Pen: Sakura, Others: Blings.

I decided not to cover the entire cardstock as I used small pictures. Not sure though if I really made it on time as dd woke up in the middle of the night and looked for me (she cried so loud it woke up grumpy Daddy). Needless to say, my participation on the crop was cut short because of this. Oh well, there'll be next time for me I hope (turns out I have to secure Daddy's approval before I can join).
