I had this blurry photo of Nat that I thought was okay until I had it printed on a local photo lab. I just set it aside (after promising myself that next time, I will go over all my photos at Photoshop before having them printed), no plans really to scrap it... until I saw the challenge at Scrap Whisphers. Challenge 18 requires you to create a layout using those out-of-focus and blurry photos.
Published at Scrapstreet Magazine's June 2009 Issue.
Journaling: Past the blur I clearly see a kind heart and a good soul....
Materials used: Papers by 7Gypsies, BG, K&Co, TLC, Teresa Collins and MM, Prima Flowers, ribbon, AAS, woven paper mat, conchos and blings, 7Gypsies Pretoria clip, MM brad, AL Ticketed Clear Stamp, Stazon and Colorbox inkpad, acrylic paint, AC Thickers Black Tie Velvet Alphabet Stickers, Cuttlebug Chipboard Diecut (Honeycomb).
On a second thought, the blur kinda has an artsy feel to it noh? Me likey, very happy. Hope you likey too. ;o)
P.S. Combined ScrapWhispers Challenge with OLW#46. The challenge word is SEE.

Actually looks intentional with the LO you have. Like a photo effect.

I likey too!! I like the combination of the blurry black and white pic with the bright colours you used.

You really ROCKED this challenge!!! The blur kind of does have an artsy feel to it, but I think that's because of the papers and creative elements you added to the page. Beautiful work!
