This is my last project for 2008 and I chose to use this sketch from Inspired Blueprints (http://www.inspiredblueprints.typepad.com/) for my LO:
This is my take:
Materials used: Papers from JB, Prima, MM (Spell Bound), KI lace, Creative imaginations stickers, Maya Road Office Sheer, ribbon, Karen Foster Squishies, White Magic Glue (for glossing), twigs (!!!)
There’s a story behind the circle LO: I gave four altered clocks as Christmas presents to my girlfriends, but was unable to make the fourth clock work so I have to buy another one to replace its machine. The clock is a little more than 11” in diameter, and is now sitting on my office desk with a stand on its own (bought the stand from Landmark at about Php70). I know, it is a huge photo frame for office purposes, but it makes my officemates look LOL.
I was also able to use the twigs I got from Chatuchak. I adhered them first to the MM Spell Bound cardstock with tacky glue and then sewed them just to make sure that they will stay in place.
Yup, another black-red-white combo for me… will switch to full color blast in my next LOs….
See you next year. Enjoy your holidays!!!

hi, Janis!
Barbie here, followed your reply to my question to your blog. I love the idea of using a clock frame to make a unique showcase unit for a scrap page. I don't think I have a steady enough hand to make an altered clock, but this kinda gives me hope that it doesn't have to run. :)
