WEEKEND LAYOUTS

Was able to create two layouts last weekend.

Journaling: My greatest blessings are the people I come home to.

Materials used: Bazzill Cardstock, Papers by MM, MME and 7Gypsies, Prima and MM clear stamps, Stazon and Colorbox ink stamps, AAS conchos, MM brad, MM acrylic paint (asphalt), MR chipboard, Cuttlebug diecuts (flowers), sakura pens.

First time to use an edge scraper + sanding block on the handmade embellishments.


For the second one, this is my first time to doodle a swirlie frame. Nice, me likey.

Noticed that my weekend layouts are much simpler than my usual style. Must be because the kids (and yes, that includes hubby!) are more demanding of my time. LOL.
